Arthur's Seat - Group Tours
There's no minimum number of people, I can do a tour for one person or for twenty five. See table below for outline costs, but please get in touch to discuss your requirements. If you are visiting Edinburgh by yourself or as part of a small group, it's worth getting in touch to see if you can join a tour that is already planned. Outline costs for a two-hour tour:
Some possible routes (see map):Tour 1 - Red route Tour 2 - Blue route Tours by arrangement at any time for groups large or small (maximum group size 25 people). The tours described above start from the Holyrood Palace Car Park, next to Holyrood Palace at the foot of Canongate (the Royal Mile), and close to Dynamic Earth. Multimap link. Alternatively we can start from the public entrance to the Scottish Parliament. Other routes and start points. are also possible. Booking and Cancellation PolicyUnfortunately I've had to introduce a booking deposit after several groups cancelled at short notice or didn't turn up. A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm your booking payments can be made by UK cheque (payable to 'Geowalks') or by using Paypal - see below. The deposit is returnable, less an administration charge, if you give at least 7 days notice of cancellation. PAYPAL INSTRUCTIONSYou can use the button below to pay for a group or educational tour. Please get in touch by email or phone to make a booking and confirm the price before sending money. You can pay for walks using a credit/debit card, or an existing Paypal account; if you don't already have a Paypal account you don't need one (just click continue without entering any login details). Please enter your group name and date of tour when prompted, to allow me to keep track of payments. It should be straight forward, although it does not seem to work if you are using Netscape. Let me know of any problems! I'll confirm all payments by email. Angus Miller Questions? Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions (Contact details). Home Day
